  2. The next morning, an hour before preparing it, we take it out of the refrigerator to temper, extend with the hand making the pizza shape and cover with the tomato base, and we put the zucchini in spaghetti strips forming nests that top with a tomato. , the trigueros, mushrooms and of course some fresh mozarella balls.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees up and down, introduce and ready. We add a good splash of macerated AOVE to the purple garlic to finish it off with the Gourmet touch.
