Salmorejo cordobés, a dish with intense flavor that you will surely love.


  • 1 kilo of ripe tomato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 150 grams of white bread without bark
  • 100 grams of AOVE Aceites Palacios
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar optional


  1. Wash and clean the tomatoes, chopped.
  2. Peeled garlic, remove the germ inside to soften the flavor.
  3. We add to a whisk glass, we crush, we add bread, salt and oil, vinegar to taste.
